Our Process
First Phase:
- Upon receiving enquiry/meeting the client
- Understanding the clients’ requirements
- Acquire more detailed information
Second Phase:
- Site survey wherever applicable
- Quotation will be given based on the services required by the client
- Once the quotation is given to the client based on the requirements and upon approval, contract will be signed between client and REFINEGCC
- Completion of legal obligations on the contract terms such as agreed payment terms, security cheque etc.
Third Phase:
- Mobilization of workers
- Weekly review meeting with the clients
- Monthly review meetings with the clients based on the developments
